A stunning quality Georgian jug with upper and lower gadroon border for decorative highlights. The jug has an elegant entwined hand chased garlands entwined around a sun burst plaque. The handle of the jug is scroll design and has a delightful thumb piece for comfortable pouring. The hinged lid has additional hand chased garlands mirroring the workmanship on the body and is crowned by a ball finial.
